Since each candle is personalized to your specifications, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or exchanges for this item.

However, if your candle arrives damaged or has a defect, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with supporting photos. We promise to resolve the issue quickly, either with a replacement or an equivalent solution.
